Chicane @ Turn 2 Grandstand

With excellent views across Turns 1 and 2 and towards the approach to Turn 3, this grandstand offers a superb vantage point from which to watch the race unfold. This section of the circuit is a renowned overtaking hotspot and has played host to numerous dramatic incidents, Safety Cars and pivotal strategic moments.

In 2019, Daniil Kvyat and Kimi Räikkönen collided at Turn 1 with just 11 laps remaining, forcing Räikkönen to retire and prompting the deployment of the Safety Car. More recently, Esteban Ocon stopped at Turn 2 during the 2023 race after losing power, triggering a Virtual Safety Car and a strategic Mercedes double-stack that helped set up a thrilling finish.

Away from the racing, guests can explore Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4, with access to all performance stages across the Circuit Park. This includes the Zone 4 Padang Stage and Zone 1 Wharf Stage, where an outstanding programme of international artists will perform throughout the weekend.

The entertainment line-up includes JJ Lin, Split Enz, CORTIS, The Killers, Zara Larsson, Goo Goo Dolls, HYO, Lana Del Rey, Janet Jackson, James Arthur, DJ Snake, Major Lazer Soundsystem, Mark Ronson and many more.
